Where a defendant was convicted of two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana) and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony (felony-firearm), the convictions should be affirmed despite the defendant’s contention that he was entrapped, that the testimony of undercover officers was insufficient to support a finding that the item they observed was in fact a “firearm” and that he was entitled to assert a defense under the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act.
